Refund Policy

Life can be crazy and sometimes things happen that we don't plan for. With that being said we want to be as helpful to you and your situation as possible. You are more important than any sort of policy, piece of paper, or party that may have been scheduled for the day. We just ask that you respect our time as well and try your best to give us a heads up, and in return, we can try to work something out. 

If you have to cancel a party with us (which we will miss being able to work with you) we do have a few refund possibilities below:

Full Refund:

In order for you to get a full refund, we ask that you reach out to us at least 72 hours prior to your craft/paint party. This gives us the chance to hopefully fill that day with another group that may have wanted a last minute party. Giving us minimum 72 hour notice gets you your deposit back and any payment you may have done ahead of time. You can reach us at 406-890-4168 or email us at artadventureswithalexa@gmail.com and we will let you know about your cancellation and refund.

Partial Refund:

In the case of cancelling 24 - 48 hours before your party time, the deposit amount for the party will not be refunded. However, if you paid the amount in full, you will get refunded the rest of the amount paid (minus the deposit).

Reschedule "Refund":

You can receive a "full" refund in the form of a rescheduled paint/craft party if you give us 72 hours notice or more.

No Refund:

If the day of your craft/paint party comes and you cancel or you do not contact us with information of you wanting to cancel your craft/paint party and we arrive there will be no refund. You will be expected to pay the full amount of the party if you cancel within 12 hours or less to the time of your party.
